Everything has been smooth and acceptable. Unfortunately in September my intake forms and medication stopped coming. It took several attempts to get back on track. I will be calling billing to get a credit or refund for the 2 months missed.

Signed up for the 200 dollar injections of semiglutide. Recieved 3 delays to shipment, went to my doctor and was told not to start the medication so I attempted to cancel. I was informed it was canceled and I would be refunded in 5-7 days. I was then charged and medicine shipped conveniently the day after I canceled. Medicine was delayed in shipment and arrived hot with ice packs melted and unusable. Called and called and emailed and waited and waited. Still no refund, still no usable medicine, no recourse. Terrible customer service and unorganized company.
