no judgement zone
I feel as though it is a no judgement zone, everyone I have spoken to has been very supportive. When you are overweight, even at your own fault, you are not made or implied that you are a failure with your health.

I just signed up for glp-1 medication
I just signed up for glp-1 medication. I was sent for a blood test and the only instructions said that insurance wasn't necessary. If you're taking the time to write instructions be specific about the type of testing. They should have added to the instructions that it was a FASTING test. Can you drink black coffee? How many hours before the test do you need to stop eating? It needs to be in the body of the email! I want even 100% sure it was a blood test. Maybe it was a pregnancy test since that's standard procedure for people capable of conceiving! How would i know?

Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate, pleased with how fast my confirmation came through. Also find it to be affordable, and I’m glad I can purchase with my FSA card.

The doctors have always been great
The doctors have always been great. The issue is I have found the customer service doesn’t understand the program and I get different answers from every person I talk to. I’ve been in customer service for 40 years and this can all be fixed with Training!

This clinician is a total asset! Wonderful care!
The nurse that I had was warm, friendly and very informative. We discussed my medications, how I am doing on them, and she actually provided me with very helpful dietary recommendations and exercise advice. I am not on a weight loss plan, the visit was for HRT to update my prescription and I actually learned some new things I didn't know before. Highly recommend my clinician to everyone, she was outstanding.
