Simple process.

Medication arrived melted, and after several emails, nothing was done. I was repeatedly told someone would review it, but no one followed up. When I finally called, they asked why I hadn’t called sooner and promised someone would contact me—no one did. I canceled the order, and then they told me my money would not be refunded. Zero customer service and professionalism. If you want to throw your money in the garbage, go with them. An email was sent today per your reply to my review. Here is how your company replied: Hi Rashin, I am not able to issue a refund due to the refund policy. However, I can request a replacement order for you. Online website new user friendly. I like getting the messages on my phone to remind me of medication orders, new medication refill

Clinician was very nice, helpful and informed. Walked through informed choices and decision was left to me ( not pushed ), all questions answered. She was polite, friendly and knowledgable. 5 out 5 would talk to her again.😉
