Clinician was amazing!
Clinician was very friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable, and addressed ALL my concerns. She also provided me with some helpful tips concerning the administering of my weekly injections.

No one contacts me
I have communicated through email, patient portal, and phone. No one is able to answer my one question. I keep getting told, “it’s under review”, “someone will call you back”, “we are working on it”. I just have one simple question! It doesn’t take 6 days of repeatedly trying! I thought this was a credible company since my FSA advertised them. Poor customer service. Disappointed patient.
