I needed a battery replaced and I call Hatfield AA and they said it would take too long and they could not do it so I decided to get the battery and do it myself. I went in and the clerk was rude and made a snarky comment when I told him the battery was too expensive. They only had one. He did not mention the discount if I ordered online. So I went online and ordered from another store in souderton and they delivered exceptional service and were polite. I will never go into the Hatfield store again. This is not the first time for there ignorance but with me it is the last

I can't express enough how happy I am with their service! Being an older female I feel like people in the auto industry see us as easy targets. I know my sh#$. Grew up around cars....Dad was a salesman for 30 plus years. I know the deal. I always get apprehensive going anywhere car related . They treated me like any other guy.... No pressure. Read my check engine light ....told me the part I would need .....but also told me to research before I purchased (which I would have done anyway) Thanks to them I saved over $200 as opposed to going to a shop ! Thanks guys in store #6451 in Pittsfield MA!

Definitely not a happy customer of Advance Auto parts in Massachusetts. I purchased spark plug wires for my vehicle two wires out of the box and immediately I found issues with them trying to install them and I determined they were defective and needed to be returned and as a licensed electrician with over 20 years experience about wires and also with extensive knowledge to troubleshoot any electrical issues in a vehicle and without a doubt, I knew I had to bring back the wires for a return because of poor quality product. The customer representative behind the counter immediately gave me a bad attitude because they do not take electrical products back once they're installed, unfortunately as a electrician things do come bad in a new in a box and this was definitely defective. Unfortunately there was a serious attitude between the employee / manager and me. On a personal level, I spend extremely LOT'S of money buying car repair parts with Advance Auto Parts and for this guy to give me an attitude immediately is unprofessional and extremely disappointing that a person behind a counter gives a customer such a bad attitude for no reason whatsoever. I believe companies like this should be exposed for what they are and I'm the person that will take that challenge on. Regarding electrical products, you would expect the product that you're buying to be in working order and unfortunately sometimes you do get something bad in the box and you should be entitled to a replacement or a refund especially the next day after you purchase the product and also without attitude from the Advance Auto parts employee. If a customer determines that the product is inferior and not trustworthy and or defective in some manner the customer should have no problem walking back into the store to fix the issue. I challenge Advance Auto parts, of my professional knowledge.

I never used their online ordering but I had to get the designated seat covers that I was able to order exactly for this car online. I ordered 1/6/20 and received them 1/8/20 free delivery with a 20% discount. This discount offer was offered to me the previous day while shopping for them. The day I was ready to order the discount on the same item dropped to 15% but I remembered the code. I put the 20% code in and I got it. Why do they do this? These covers were $50 in the store but I got them for $38 online. The covers were a bit difficult to install, the directions stunk. The company should put more ties on the covers to get the wrinkles out. This is why 4 stars instead of 5. Let's see if they last.

I worked in one year's ago and was very customer oriented and helpful to all. Since then when I do need to get parts it's a headache in the making. No one greats you on entry and the service and lack of knowledge is horrible if you get any person on the front counter and the other ones with knowledge always gone or busy

Would not stand behind a GOLD battery that went bad in just over a year. They wanted me to charge it and try it again. OK, get stuck with my family in the car. Nice.

So many garbage popups on there websight during end of transactions web said something went wrong so I reordered part come to find out I'm out my shipping do to they didn't respond to my email about cancel one but I've learned my lesson! No more purchases here for me
