Advanced Auto on Hudson in Pueblo, CO is a hit or miss depending on who's on shift during your visit. If you are unfortunate enough to go in when Gabe or Eric (store mngr) is there then do yourself a favor & turn around & leave before you're so frustrated you have to go home & lie down just to get rid of a throbbing headache & a bad attitude. Trust me on this. Those two will make you want to choke a person out. Literally.

A week ago yesterday we visited the Advance Auto Parts #4533 store to purchase an alternator. The young lady with the red hair (I wish I had gotten her name) was extremely helpful and nice. We also needed the alternator installed, and she gave us the names of the 3 closest mechanics along with their numbers. This is why I only shop at Advance.

Do not allow online returns and the local reps will treat you like dirt when you try to return it locally. Online supervisors are rude and do not care about bad online reviews.

Wow, ordered some oil change items and few other things from Advanced Auto Parts online and barely two hours later the items, exactly as described are at my doorstep. Great selection will not be beat prices; hard to see how you could do any better. Thanks to the East Quincy Advanced Auto Parts in Aurora! Customer for life.

I'll never shop there again. I spent almost $300 on 2 Gold series batteries for my dually in April of 2017 they went bad last year and they replaced them, now the new batteries went bad again and they said that the warranty doesn't start over again it goes off the original purchase date of the first batteries. I also had a marine battery go bad from there too, never again.
