Beware when you buy online. I purchased several parts for our Honda online and paid for them there. After I serviced the vehicle and was looking over the receipt to file it with other ones I noticed that they charged more online for the parts that I picked up at the store. The people at the store were very nice when I called them but they did not understand why I paid more online. I called the online service center to ask them and they told me that it was correct that if you buy online you would be charged more. How stupid is that! I didn’t want to go in because of Covid and I guess that’s why you pay more. Beware!!!! Most likely will be going to autu zone from now on. They don’t do that what you get charged online is what you pay in the store.

Ordered online and said the part was available, got to the store and it was out of stock. Transferred order other store on San Jose blvd south of 295 just a few miles away, got the part and got a great discount.

This is a review of the company, not the employees. I have been a long time customer of the Damascus, Md. Advance Auto, mostly out of necessity. The counter help is very good. My complaint is the web site is awful. As a speed perks member I'm constantly sent ads claiming 20% off or 25% off. I try to print the coupons, and or apply speed perks points. Nada. I recently bought an A/C charge kit with a $20.00 rebate. when I check the status it says the rebate is complete but I have yet to see my $20.00. I tried to contact customer service, no luck. The counter man says I have to have a print out of the coupons, etc. etc. This company makes it very difficult to take advantage of any sales or price reductions. Its a rip off store that promises a lot and delivers very little.

I have been a customer from thier conception, good at the start but overtime they have only become a highly profit miss under managed over worked environment. Some products not available. The same if we can have forced labor like China it will and is happening. Hope this helps.

Needed an air filter for a 1989 dodge. Bought ir at the Gardner, Kansas store. hey sold me a size filter that was way to small. When i returned it the man argued with me that it was the correct one. He said someone must have put on an aftermarket air system. I knew that was not the case and he was simply wrong. Not the best customer service.

I ordered apart online went to pick it up not my first time ordering items from Advance Auto. The Guy was Rude seems like he didn't want to be at work I think he from an other Country Africa or the Islands but he looks African or Legos Africa. Didn't had any customer service needs some Training. He probably 6"2ft Tall my wife and I didn't like his personality I would like someone teaching manners we are customer also a Cash Register without a customer he can't any check I would not go back there anymore...

Sent the wrong parts but refunded and sent the right ones. 👍🏼

Store. #6615 958 South Havana Street Aurora, CO 80012. My wife's car had a dead battery. The online site stated that an Advance Auto Parts employee could install the new battery at the manager's discretion. The bolts holding the battery in place were rusted and the brackets holding the battery in place were corroded. When I explained to Adrian that I was from out of town, he cheerfully agreed to remove the old battery and install the new battery even though it certainly would have been his prerogative to decline the installation because of the poor condition of the old battery brackets and bolts. I was in and out with the new battery installed in less than 30 minutes.
