Never order parts online from this company they send you confirmation for one day delivery and you get your order 8days later. Very bad service never ever again...This company is a big joke I'm pretty sure they just don't care about customer service at all. What baffles me is they pull the trigger real fast to charge your card but they care less about building a relationship with the customer.....Never again.

Had an Autocraft platinum battery that went dead. only 2 years old. Took it in and the store would not honor the warranty because they discontinued the batteries and have no record of my purchase. Manager claimed they have not sold Autocraft products for 4 or 5 years. Not true as my battery is stamped 8/2019. Platinum batteries aren't cheap. Beware of Advance. They will rip you off.

Advance auto parts is a joke. Their own employees say they advertise parts they don’t even have. I ordered a pair of slime tire sealants they had listed online at a discount price, I paid for them and went to pick them up. They gave me the runaround and finally said it was a mistake and they could not give me the parts because the price was wrong. Isn’t that false advertising? Made me waste my time and gas. Screw you advance auto parts!!! You crooks!!! Don’t call their corporate office or customer “care” center because they are in on the scam also.

I just wanted to give kudos to your employee Dom in the Woodbridge Virginia location. I purchased the tail signal lights replacement bulbs. Dom was professional and courteous. He was kind enough to install them. He was informative as well in answering additional concerns about my car. You have an awesome employee. I will make this location my go to place. I tried another Advance Auto but the customer service was definitely lacking. The rep made some excuse about how they're no longer able to do any customer assistance because of Covid 19. Dom is a gem and I want to let you know that. If I received bad service I would do the same. So since thankfully this was positive...I had to pass on the good word. Thanks again Dom.

Staff did not greet me nor had mask on which Illinois has a mandate. Staff was rude not helpful. Major point is there core charge of $10.00 for your old battery. Which I did not have w/ me. Customer service informed for refund which attempted but that was a big joke. $10.00 RIP OFF

Dan at AA in Oceanside NY was the man! Correctly diagnosed my cars problem, ordered the part for me, and even helped me instal it in the parking lot lol. Great guy, been to a bunch of auto parts stores in the past and never EVER got help like that. Great dude

Terrible policies and customer service. I should have just gone to Autozone. Never again will Advance Auto Parts get any business of mine. Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else for what you are looking for
