I bought this $159.99 battery for my Toyota Corolla on Feb. 18th, 2020 from them. In less than two years, I had to jump the battery 4-5 times, even during daily use. The battery got 3-year free replacement warrantee. But when I went to the shop in Rockville, MD (Store#8979) today, the tech checked the battery and told me that the battery was fine and refused to address the issue. What got me really upset was that the tech claimed that I would have to start/use my car once every three days otherwise the battery would drain and die because I told him the most recent incident was after parking there for 5 days. This is hilarious! I told him that my other cars sit there for a month with no problem, and he claimed that he knew batteries better than I do as he spent $40k of tuition to study cars. Never trust their warrantees! They are just scams.

Bought an AutoCraft Platinum agm battery from AdvanceAuto online because it seemed to be a good deal and my current agm battery was about 8 years old although working fine. After about 2 months I come home from a long weekend after leaving the car in the driveway for about 5 days without running and its dead. I put it on the agm battery charger for about half a day and it started up.. again a couple weeks later same situation.. I take this lemon down to advance autoparts and first they tell me they cant locate my order since I ordered online so if I dont have the receipt i'm out of luck (I have since found the receipt). Then they put the battery on the quick charger and tell me its fine.. well Ive gone through this dance about 5 times now.. this battery will take a charge but it wont hold it for more than about 48 hrs if not in constant use. These guys will tell you anything to avoid replacing the battery that is under warranty.. they'll ask you if you drive it, then they'll tell you you have a parasitic drain even though the battery I replaced was 8-9 years old and still working fine.. then they'll charge it and say its good like you are a moron and don't know how a proper battery should perform.. avoid! The overseas advanceauto online support was completely useless and suggested I take it back to the store lol..

Visit advance auto on Grafton Rd in Worcester I had brought head light for my car about 8 months ago from another advance auto close to my job. I brought the light with a warranty and went Grafton Rd to replace the head light that was warranty. The employee in the store told me that I had to go back to the store I purchase head light from because the all of advance auto computer store are not link and will not be able to see the warranty. That day let me know that I will take my business somewhere else when have to buy parts for my car.

I have been in contact (email) with the corporate office many times since 1/1/2021 about my login issue. they completed some kind of upgrade to the website and I can no longer log in. eight months later corporate CSR have not fixed / correct this issue and they have stopped responding to my trouble ticket. The local shops state having the same issues and corporate just does not care to correct it. I would give Advanced Auto corporate negative stars if that was an option, the worst of the worst!!!!!!

I visited the store on tabbacco Rd I called and spoke to a manager about a part that I needed for my car when I arrived the store Manager greeted me and got my name and remembered what I needed he was so friendly knowledgeable even went outside to make sure I was purchasing the correct item I was in and out he really made my day thanks Mr Leon Ms vip secret shopper

We called someone over, and the person coming here showed up in a silver car. Then he did nothing but break our porch light while "fixing" our lights. I'm getting a refund...

I wish there was a no star rating. I made online purchase with a pickup at the Advance Auto Parts on 560 Wethersfield Ave. Hartford, CT. What a nightmare before even talking to anyone as no one acknowledge the long line of customers who were waiting for service (keep in mind there were about 6 people working (mostly in the back no where to be seen) one outside talking not sure to a previous customer a young lady for the entire time that the line was just getting longer. Finally Jose asked if he could assist I stated I was there for pickup for an online order this is the second time which I have bought these only to find out once again that the place only had 1 of the 2 Honda Car Seat covers which I purchased online with a confirmation email stating items were available. So once again he called and stated he would order and I can pickup the next day at that point I called my husband who due to his job could not answer to make sure this would be ok and Jose stated he would give me a minute to make the call (Well lets just say Jose was not seeing for another 8 minutes while once again the line only getting longer) when he finally came back I told I would call him once my husband returned my call to confirm the order of the Seat Cover. Jose stated that he was actually getting of work at 3:30 but that anyone in the store could help me when I called in. Well after 4 calls and waiting for 32 min (the first call) and 27 Min the last call (which a young man put me on hold only to never come back to the call. Horrible service . Not the mention the mask mandate became a requirement yesterday in Hartford for all indoor business/building not one of these folks were wearing a mask or requiring customers to do the same. So I will be calling for a full refund this am.
