I visited store 4810 today for auto parts. Although I was frustrated the associate was very patient and helpful while handling other customers and retrieving phone calls. Thanks for the awesome customer service Maria C. of 3517 Capital Blvd store #4810.

Their rebate programs are a joke and a HUGE HASSLE! Unless you enjoy jumping through multiple hoops and waiting over 3 months for your "rebate" which is a gift card don't waste your time.

Marketed the wrong item and refused to arrange collection. the garage said it was for the right hand side of the van not the left and refuse to offer a refund. They think they operate out of trading standards rights. Woman started speaking over me on the phone telling me that I need to listen event though she doesn’t know the parts apparently she was a manger

There's a guy name Seth that doesn't shower and smell like rotten pigs. He works at Neenah and doesn't know any parts and always sell the wrong parts. He treats customers and employers like crap, and doesn't help but just sits on his butt doing nothing. If I was advanced I would not want someone working for this company. When he was waiting on me all I smelt was body Oder, and he was staring at me in a flirty/sexual way that made me feel very uncomfortable. Apparently there was a newbie that was working there when I stopped in, and the newbie asked for help and Seth made the comment and said go ask someone else in a rude way.

Purchased a battery $170.00 Took 35 minutes to install . The girls said she could not see well the terminals. Then she said it was to hard to removed the screws. Then she call for assistance. Then another assistance the manager. It's RIDICULOUS to taken for ever to change a battery.
