Xavier was great. He went out of his way to work me into his schedule, updated me and was very polite.

Trying to work with this company cost me hours of wasted time when I tried to make them my new C-PAP supplier. They are clueless! They repeatedly asked me the same questions, and the things they attempted to do to set me up, I believe, had a 100% error rate! What planet are they from?

Technician was not only knowledgeable, but very considerate and respectful. He took the time to explain some things about using the product that will be very helpful to me in the future.

They saved me at a time of dangerous weather approaching.

First time getting a machine. Terrance Owens was fantastic. Extremely informative and patient. Answered all our questions and made sure we were set before we left.
