I ordered a raised toilet seat chair and received it 10.9.26, however, I didn't know the seat was a regular round seat and I have oblong toilets (3)! I had my right knee completely replace and I needed this help me sit higher. If you make an elongated seat please let me know. Joe C.

Just found out that my insurance approved a hospital bed for me. The delivery called to set up but didn’t leave a voicemail and on day of delivery no time is set so I requested a phone call and they called just ten minutes away. But they were very nice gentlemen and carefully set it up. Overall pleased, but better communication would be nice.

Getting the machine and supplies was quick, and the machine is efficient. BUT, I had to call the company to get an estimate about what time my appt. was/arrival time with supplies. I think that is important for customers to know. Hakim did call before he brought the machine/supplies. I appreciated the heads up. He was knowledgeable and professional. Has a great disposition making it comfortable to ask any question, which he answered. Thank you Hakim!

Rebecca was very nice technician. Explained everything. However, I don't know if the hour allotted was suficient. For inexperienced users we don't know the questions we should ask. Also, someone needs to bring up your wifi coverage. Used it the first night and apparently my signal was good enough to transfer data. Also found the machine didn't turn on the way I understood it to.

The only thing is a bit more info on using the app for Older people ...and more Hands on putting the mask on mem. I appreciate the help I got.. at 85. I Did not realize.. the photo of the mask was not enough.. maybe needs an itemized photo???
