I am truly grateful for your prompt return to deliver the oxygen following the initial missed attempt. The upcoming snow and ice storm forecasted by the weatherman this weekend would have put us in a precarious situation without the oxygen. My heartfelt thanks to you for your assistance.

Delivery was great. Delivery was on time as I was told during yesterday's phone order. The right number of canisters was delivered. Technician was very polite and asked where to place canisters for easy access for me. He replaced the empty canister with a full canister and took empty canisters wirh him. I was very pleased considering this was the first-time. Thank you very much.

Received same day service. And the tech didn’t question any of my explanations of what was wrong. After checking my device she wasn’t happy with the way it sounded so she changed it completely out when others may not have. Reassuring me with a device that worked. She wasn’t nice and pleasant. So was the original lady that answered the phone call.
