I purchased the am pm cortisol bundle. Used the Ashwagandha and Sleep and Relaxation and it was amazing. Purchase 2 more lots and the Sleep and Relaxation was a completely different formula. Have emailed 3 times and fb messaged and no reply after 3 weeks. So disappointing as I had been recommending to everyone given the amazing first order.

"In early June, I ordered CPAP resupplies via phone and explicitly instructed the representative NOT to send a water chamber because I do not use it. They sent it anyway. I mailed it back immediately using their UPS return label, and tracking confirms they received it on June 18th. On July 2nd, a chat representative explicitly confirmed to me that the return was logged in their system. Despite this, they have never issued the credit. Instead, they keep billing me for newer supplies. When I call their central billing line (855-389-4043), the representatives give me a total runaround and claim they don't know what was returned. Their tracking system is a mess, and they are holding onto money that belongs to me."

I keep getting a bill for a small amount when I paid for my original order months ago...I tried to figure out how to pay online then called a number on their website and was met by a foreign sounding individual..not sure what I am supposed to be paying for..is this a scam company?

Mystery charges/poor customer service They use another company called Home Health Express who is charging me for something without explanation. I have tried twice to remove autopay from that account and have gotten no response from Adapthealth. As long as my credit card is in their system, they can keep charging me randomly for whatever.

Adapthealth has a group of phone terrorists who consistently call about reordering supplies. A few times at 8:00am! Today I called because I left my machine at my other house to see if I could borrow one for three days. The representative said "we don't do that". I said "your company is full of it. No empathy, concern, or caring".

Nik was absolutely wonderful. What was not wonderful was your app and while I was typing they would drop the chat. What was not wonderful was that your phone line is not open very long (10:00-4:00). Also, that I recd a call on Wed telling me two days to receive my device and then on Thurs another call stating two days. I couldn’t breathe and needed the dme immediately. When I told two different call reps that I was told two days from Wed, they both denied this. Spoke with a Supervisor named Rachel. She told me that my tracking number was correct and that fed ex and ups deliver on the weekend. Then I recd a text stating the tracking number and that it would be delivered on Monday! Absolutely terrible. After 10, yes that’s right 10 phone calls I got the device. Biggest problem was communication. Nobody told me that my husband could go to pick the device up at the local place.

Patrick was fine, Monique the phone agent, lied to me, when I called back; the last person I spoke with that day, lied to me. I don’t do liars, it took 3days, to get someone out; to fix my bed!

This company has terrible customer service. First, you're going to pay a ton out of pocket for the endless accessories, fits, and telemed appointments - they will bleed you and your insurance dry. Then if anything goes wrong, and it will, you are dealing with a useless overseas call center, as all calls roll there and not to your local provider. Think you can't sleep now? What til they drain you of thousands of dollars.
