I risk losing my oxygen because of poor customer service. Their resentatives are poorly trained and don't have a good understanding of the English language

Beryl is wonderful to work with. She had the patience of Job during my frustration with a leaking mask I could not correct. She scheduled me for an office visit, found the fault, and provided me with replacement parts. All of this has resulted in my obtaining the parts to correct the leaks. I really appreciate AeroCare stocks all of the parts for my BYPAP machine so I don't have to wait for them to be delivered by mail.

it was nice that delivered my walker even though i was close to them, and felt something new, and nice that they call and let your know there on there way.
