adapt health has taken over for Kaiser durable medical equipment. They have sent me fraudulent bills over and over again and call my house all day long. I get at least four calls a day saying that I haven’t paid my bill and I have no copayments. Kaiser has tried rectify this and even told adapt health on a three-way call more than twice that I owe no money yet they keep sending me bills and calling me and calling me all day long and threatening me to pay the bill that I won’t get the rest of my medical care when they delivered my wheelchair, they delivered it with the wrong cushion and it still has never been replaced and they charged me for a cushion that does not even fit my wheelchair. They are horrible. They lie on the phone and say they don’t call and they lie on the phone and say they’re not sending me any bills, but they’re calling me and telling me that if I don’t comply and pay the bill that I don’t owe it will result in my other services being suspended, which means my cannulas for my oxygen concentrator, which came from Apria healthcare and has already been paid off for the amount of years. I’ve had it. They never provided the oxygen concentrator for me. Apria Healthcare did.

I would love to why AdaptHealth is refusing to serve as my DME provider after being a good customer for a few years now. They have delayed my CPAP supplies for over 6 weeks and they have run my insurance, my insurance has confirmed they are in-network, then they call me back hours later and tell me they are cancelling my order and they don't take my insurance. They are telling me I MUST become a patient of Rotech who I have never heard of AND they have less than 1.8/5 star reviews. Excuse me? Waiting on a supervisor now. I keep trying to call the local office Gould's in Clarksville however their number keeps bouncing to the national AdaptHealth number. Shameful behavior. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Sad because I love my respiratory therapist in person in Clarksville, but this is just bad business by Adapt Health.

Got charged randomly 4 months after final payment of service was confirmed and completed and when calling to dispute the charge customer service hung up on me and did not answer the question of the charge.

Aero Care was a great company has been assumed by Adapthealth. Since Adapt Health has taken over their phone customer service is horrible I have been hung up on when calling customer service, no return calls for issues. No responses when I requested that a Prior Auth created for a device that is fully covered by insurance be corrected. Although it can be fully covered I was told my credit card had to be on file to receive the device instead of a authorization to insurance for full payment. Not a trustworthy operation.

Worst experience , if you can find another company runnnnnn. they charge for no reason and when you call for the refund they don’t know anything,

After waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone about getting a log for my CPAP data, I was transferred to 3 different people. Each time, I was told I called the wrong place and that they would transfer me. When I finally was transferred to the correct person, I was given the information I needed in the most condescending way possible. I am so glad there are other options to purchase CPAP supplies, even if a more expensive, so I don't BOTHER these people.

Read reviews on other sites, especially the BBB. Their billing practices are deceptive at best. I was told on my original set up that my total amount owed would be around $100. After the first month I was billed over $300. After numerous communications, my total changed to $600 and then to $950. They don't communicate what you will actually owe until it's too late to return the equipment. Look elsewhere if you can.

This company must be having trouble keeping employees. We tried to call multiple times today and after 3 hours finally spoke to a live person. My husbands doctor called in an order for a new cpap and supplies and that was confirmed Monday from a phone call from Adapt Health. But today when I called back they had no record of my husbands order. Save yourself the trouble and don’t do business with this company.
