Quick, friendly, efficient

Originally they were super nice and helpful. I picked up my wheelchair last year since my deductible was met. I will add the amount of hoops I had to jump through (specifically for leg rests)was RIDICULOUS. I don't know if it was adapthealth or Youngs medical equipment. For whatever reason they decided to submit a bill this year to my insurance (of course my deductible isn't met) to RENT the leg rests. I never signed a lease agreement nor would I, especially since this was all inclusive. RUN FAR AWAY

It was only my very first interaction with them, but it was great.

The driver was very good -- he called me in advance to let me know when he would arrive. My disappointment was that the company did not call me in the morning to give me a window for the delivery. Also, I tried calling twice during the day to find out and, both times, after going to the "questions about equipment delivery", I went on hold for a half hour until I finally hung up.

Kind, polite and professional!

I had difficulty trying to use a Vent machine to help lower the CO2 in my lung. With coughing so much and having nose bleeds I could not use it. I called Gould’s and the nice lady set up a time for someone from Adapt Health to pick it up.
