AFTER USING MY CPAP I WAS INFORMED THE PHILIPS DREAMSTATION HAD BEEN RECALLED BECAUSE OF SOME SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES. AFTER THE DUST SETTLED WITH THE INSURANCE AND ALL THE PAYMENTS HAD BEEN MADE THEY REALIZED I STILL OWED $41.33, THAT INSURANCE HADN'T COVERED. THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT AND REFUSED TO WAIT UNTIL I RECIEVED A REPLACEMENT FROM PHILIPS, NOW THEY ARE HITTING ME WITH LATE FEES FOR THEIR OVERSIGHT. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
OMG I just saw the other reviewsI was also just supposed to pay rental for x number of months and I noticed they billed other charges also.

SCAMMERS
This company somehow obtained my card details and and has been charging me for months. When I try to get in touch with them to disable the feature, they keep transferring me from dept to dept. Then while on hold, my estimated lead time keeps fluctuating from 2 - 9 minutes. When I try to disable autopay through the web portal, it says that's not able to be done online, you must call them. What a bunch of unscrupulous oafs.
SCAM!

Dishonest and scammy company
Stay away. This company is extremely dishonest and will overcharge you because they are hoping people arent checking their bill. The customer service reps are outsourced and will not help you. They will let you wait for hours, pick up, and then hang up in a few minutes probably to preserve their metrics.

Scam likely should be what comes up…
Scam likely should be what comes up when you search "Adapt Health, Healthline, and/or HME Billpay". This company was supposed to charge me $10 a month for 8 months per the agreement. I called my insurance who said that I was only supposed to pay $10 altogether as long as I used the machine regularly for 4 weeks. I did infact use the machine regularly and the Insurance company verified that the machine was Infact paid for 100% by them, however adapt health is still pulling money from my account to the tune of $600+ eventhough i do not order supplies from them. I asked to have my card taken off of autopay since the machine is paid off but they will not do so, so I had to have that card shut down and a new one sent to me which is incredibly inconvenient for me. I see that this company has been the subject of a class action lawsuit before and is doing the same thing to others. If anyone starts up another lawsuit against them, I would love to be a part of it although i cant Ieave an email address in this review. I am considering legal action on my own accord but i feel i would have much better standing with others whom have been through the same nonsense. I highly recommend using a different provider for your health/CPAP needs. This company needs to be held accountable. DO NOT FOR ANY REASON GIVE THEM ACCESS TO ANY OF YOUR BANK AND/OR CREDIT CARD INFO.

This company is not to be trusted
This company is not to be trusted. They were billing my credit card with no permission. I asked them for a detailed bill and they are not able to produce it. They pretend that they sent it but it never gets there. If you have a choice, do NOT use this company. They are dishonest and will take your money without your permission.

Adapt Health should not be in the…
Adapt Health should not be in the medical business. Totally dishonest company. They started out trying to scam me by asking for a credit card. They told me it was necessary to “have on file” even after I told them my insurance would cover everything. After some back and forth, they delivered a CPAP machine and promised to send supplies within two weeks. That was just the first of a long list of lies. Calling them is a joke. Rarely do they answer the phone. There were times I sat on hold for over twenty minutes after the recording said I’d be connected in less than three minutes. Then, after sitting on hold for a long time, they’d simply hang up. Rarely do they call back.
If and when you do eventually talk to somebody, be prepared. Easily the most incompetent folks in the medical business, they’ll promise you everything and deliver nothing. Calling back to find out what happened to the promised goods have you dealing with their phone system, which as already stated, is terrible. They keep no records of previous calls, so you have to start over every time.
Eventually, the frustration of dealing with them was more than I could handle so I returned the machine. Four days of calling two and three times a day and finally I talked to somebody to schedule a return. When they picked the machine up, the driver asked me to sign a form without showing me what I was signing. When I refused, he showed me a document and I signed. Another lie. They sent me an email with a copy of what I signed. There were two documents, one I was shown, one I was not. Hopefully, the last lie from them.
