Brandon was the most polite gentleman. He made my husband feel good and after his passing, he had such kind words for myself.

This company will bait and switch you for products you did not need. I ordered some cpap supplies and was given incorrect product after telling them what I needed. I return them & now am being harassed for payments via phone and emails. I have been dealing with this company for over 3 months on this issue and still they wont figure it out and does nothing after MANY calls and emails regarding it. I have POD from the carrier and labels they issued saying it was delivered and signed for. I want them to stop & I am not paying for something I didn't order. I am done w/ this company and if they do nothing about it, I will be going to the government about it.

Training was perfect. Answered all my questions.

Company is not proactive in resupplying my G7 dexcom sensors. They waited until the last minute to contact me with issues. This lead to several weeks of me not having important supplies.

I felt cared about and Katy was very kind and helpful.

Tony was clear about the equipment and the hardware maintenance and supplies.

The substandard equipment delivered on 1-16 was replaced with a much better piece of equipment.
