The gentleman Marquis that picked up my oxygen was excellent 5 star to him. He's very polite and friendly. As to adapt health I was to be switched over automatically from one home, which I wasn't then it was like impossible so I went back to lincare finally

It took 5 days from when my request for equipment was placed to hear from anyone in your company, and then another day to receive it. This postponed my discharge by 2 days, because I could not return home without this equipment. The person who delivered and set it up was fantastic, though.

We had great experiences with the service technicians and the bed was fine, but it was a tricky process returning it. I had to call a few times and fill out a form. But the more disturbing issue is learning that the mattresses are tossed out, rather than re-covered and reused. That is egregious and unnecessary waste.

I was on hold 15 minutes twice today with the national phone number. It used to be easy to contact Fletcher Medical. This new company set up is flawed. The set appointment time was miscommunicated and Jeremiah came at 11:00 am when I was at an appointment. Jeremiah was the only good thing about this experience! Going national has resulted in worsened customer service.

Dealing with customer service also not good word. Claim coming on a certain day and called but never came that day only to tell me items missing. Upset because we took to crumbling bed down so that left me with out a bed . Very upset. Delivery man came on time pleasant and quick great service. Work on you customer service and management team horrible is why I gave a 3 for good final delivery man if not a 1

My in person experience with kayla at the phillips parkway , location was awesome! She is the sweetest and most helpful employe they have! But they definitely need help with the phone communication( Stacy).
