The technician was very nice and throughly explained the machine and helped up make decisions about the masks to choose. She was patient with our questions and appreciated that we may have been nervous about the equipment.

The service was wonderful when I was getting my machine and supplies. I didn't know anything about how to wear the mask or which one I wanted. L'Oréal was so kind and personable. For something I didn't know much about she made me feel comfortable and confident by the time we were finished.

I worked with Adapt Health through a temp agency, and it is absolutely the worst company to work for. The managers never respond; the drivers never deliver or give ETAs they just put the patient wasn't at home which is hardly ever true and then when i tell a customer the truth they fired me
