I was informed today that if my insurance information was not given to them they would charge me over 3,000 dollars for my cpap machine. Went I picked up my machine almost 6 months ago they were given my insurance information. The person that set this up was very hard to understand and seemed the least bit knowledgeable or interested. I am pretty much disgusted with their service. Than the first time I was sent supplies they did not fit my machine. But I bet they charged my insurance, but I had to call them and get the correct supplies. I am thinking I should have went elsewhere

We had a referral that was sent for a CPAP machine -At the beginning of feb 2026 I called to set up choosing the new CPAP machine and masks. I was told on the phone that we have to come in to try everything on. -on 2/26/26 I called again and was told that actually nobody has to come in and try it on and they will call me back within 24 hours and deliver it to my door that same day as the call. I never got a call. -on 3/2/26 I again called and they said they will make sure they call this time and will call within that 24 hrs and deliver same day this time they promised. -a week later I again called and was told this time that they have no idea why I was told 24 hours because thats not a service they ever provided (even tho I was told by multiple people) and they said they will ship the CPAP out and it will arrive by 3-18 which is when I have my appt for the Cpap machine with them to setup and also with the sleep study company. -3/13/26 I again called and wanted to confirm the machine has been sent. I was told they have no way to verify that and again promised it will be here by the 18th so we can have the appts. -3/19/26 I again called and was told they dont know why it wasnt delivered yet and that they will ave a person in charge call me within 2 hours tops as they listed this as a priority 3/19/26 I again called as its been over 3 hours since they were supposed to call me and they cant give me any info and again will have to put in another message to someone higher up and try to get them to help us Ive filed 4 complaints against this company with kaiser already. its been non stop issues. its been in total almost two months of trying to get a machine with them just to still have nothing. kaiser used to use APRIA which was amazing and sadly switched to this horrible company.

Lenore was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable about sleep apnea and the needed equipment.
