I depend on adapt health to supply CPAP supplies. Seemingly a very basic service. However it is made extremely difficult given this companies poor customer service and billing inaccuracies in nearly every transaction. I plan to explore other more reliable sources. I absolutely highly recommend other firms to consider before Adapt Health for CPAP sully services.

This company probably means well but the people that run this business ar by far careless and neglecting we have been giving all the information that they need for my wife supplies and is going on 4 months and when I check last time I was transfer so many times and I was giving so many excuses and then when I got to the right person I was ask for a number of items that would care for my wife necessities trough the month and still waiting for nothing I wonder what this people would feel if someone was doing this to a family member but probably they are probably are doing this as well to their own family members what a shame one thing I know for sure they have no business being in this type of field because working with people that need this type of services being rude arrogant and careless is not a good way to represent

No comparison to Apria... Kaiser switched to them and it has been nothing but a pain in the ass getting my supplies!!! And their phone app is junk, half the time it wont let you log in... Now I am being told all the time spent on the phone with agent earlier this week, they did not do what they said they were going to do and have my equipment set up for delivery.
