God-awful customer support
I moved two states away two weeks ago. In anticipation, so I did not miss any of my diabetic supplies, I spent 1/2 hour on the phone just prior to my move with these people to make sure they had the current address. Got an e-mail this morning "Great news! We shipped your supplies!" with a UPS tracking code going to the old address! If they ship to the old address, nobody will see the package, least of all me, and it will sit in front of an unoccupied door potentially for months. I called AdaptHealth and they told me, incorrectly, that I had to call UPS to correct the address. I did call UPS and they said no, the sender is the only one that can change the address. I spent several hours on the phone today, between AdaptHealth and UPS, trying to get this situation corrected. Finally, the outcome is acceptable. But why was any of this necessary in the first place? THEY HAD THE CORRECT ADDRESS and did not use it!!!! They are so proud of their automation, but it stinks. And when you try to speak to someone, it takes 15 minutes to get past the "helpful" auto attendant that can't do anything, only to be transferred to a call center in the Philippines, that can't do anything. This company is useless!! Would love to find some other company that also accepts Medicare to move my orders to.
