Very informative and detailed

Great everything is fine and well

Use any other DME for your supplies and equipment. If you use this company, you will regret it if you ever have to deal with their shady billing practices and their overseas billing teams. My local office is mostly good, however, the "overseas" billing department and customer service is TERRIBLE! I received my CPAP/ASV machine from them. With my insurance coverage, the rental period on the machine is 3 months and after this period if the patient is in compliance then the provider (Adapthealth) is supposed to submit a purchase agreement to convert the equipment from rental to purchase (meaning I own the equipment). My insurance has verified my equipment should have been converted and the local office confirmed as well. However, their over seas billing will not convert it. They continue to bill my insurance (Medicaid) and last month the overseas billing rep at Adapthealth flat out told me that they "don't care what the contract says." And that they have a document that says they can bill until June 2026. This "document" he was referring to was the Pre-authorization form for the equipment. So apparently these people working in medical billing have no clue what a pre-authorization form is actually for and think that they can use that as a billing term. I have been trying to get this corrected since Feb, since it should have been converted Jan 9, 2026 based on my signed contract with the company. I have filed a formal grievance against Adapthealth with Medicaid for these shady billing practices.

fast and efficent

Adapthealth walked me through every stage of the process of acquiring a Hospital Bed and Table. All my questions were answered immediately and their recommendations were excellent. My wife has advanced Dementia/Alzheimers: she sleeps very well in the hospital bed & is safe in it. Throughout my relationship with Adapthealth every one of their employees has been polite and very patient with me. I highly recommend others engage with Adapthealth!

Thoroughly explained cpap use and Maintenance

We received two items from AdaptHealth: a portable oxygen device just before discharge from the hospital and then a larger unit delivered to the home less than an hour after our return home. I was very impressed at the efficiency of both deliveries (right to the hospital bed and with clear usage explanations from a friendly person!). The young man who delivered to the home was also delightful and friendly, not to mention patient, as it took longer to actually leave the hospital than we had anticipated and so he arrived at our home before we did. No problem, he made us feel relaxed about the situation, which we greatly appreciated. Two beautiful, easy-to-use machines. Based on yesterday’s experience, I highly recommend this company!
