I had a order that did not come it was sent said delivered but wasn't so I asked what happened they responded right away they are going to send it again they were good to communicate

*UPDATE* They got back to me pretty quick and let me know what the problem was. Communicating with their CS can be a challenge such as when I asked them a question but I just kept getting them telling my something that's not related. But they did send me my item, apparently there was a issue but it wasn't communicated to me. I will and have bought from them again. Just know that it isn't the easiest place to order but it works and their sales are nice! My order sat unfulfilled for several days so I emailed them to just see if there was a problem and gave them over a day to respond since they claim they usually respond within 24 hours. Heard nothing so sent another email and again nothing , I've now sent a final email a week after purchasing with no movement on their end. I'm giving it another week for the package to at least get a shipping label otherwise I'm starting a charge back. Something has changed with them and I find any positive reviews to be very suspect at this point given my experience. Better off buying these things somewhere else.

The team was very quick with fixing any issues or questions I had with the product. I would definitely buy from them again!

If I could give more than 5 starts, I would give 10. There was an issue with shilling and the order got sent back. I contacted the seller to let them know of my issue and they fully understood and were able to fix the issue. They’re very nice, professional, and definitely willing to go above and beyond for a costumer.

Hatte erst nach meiner Bestellung die Idee einmal die Bewertungen zu checken. Nach dem Lesen der negativen Bewertungen hier, hatte ich meine Bedenken, aber zu meiner positiven Überraschung ist alles super gelaufen. Der Versand war recht schnell, 5 Tage nach meiner Bestellung hatte ich das Päckchen in den Händen. Das Produkt war neutral verpackt, im originalkarton und verschweißt, funktionieren tut es auch einwandfrei. Unterm Strich war entgegen meiner anfänglichen bedenken alles bestens.
