My package got sent back and I reach out to them to see if I can get it shipped back to me they answered me back and waived the shipment fee that was awesome

Widowmaker Device
I finally had the chance to use my Widowmaker device. It took a few minutes to get used to the controls. But once I inserted my penis into the device, it felt great with the different types of sucking motions and vibration settings. I suggest that users practice which will make the experience better. I plan on using it daily so that I can experience total pleasure because I know how to use it!!!

I’ve received good products that were offered for sale
I’ve received good products that I’ve ordered and fast shipping. I was confused when the box was bigger than it should be but inside was a free gift in addition to the items I ordered! I dropped one item and broke it so I contacted customer service. They were sympathetic and could not replace it (discontinued)but offered me a nice discount on another order. They contacted me right away in response to my emails. I would recommend this company and products for sure.

Quick response and resolution
They got back to me very quickly and were wanted to know what the issue and even are sending a replacement for the product that is no longer functional. Absolutely fantastic service

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Product is great. I had a situation where the address was incorrect. And they jumped right up contacted me and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything a great company by far willing to go the extra mile for their customer there's not too many companies like that anymore I will be shopping again and again with him I recommend it to anybody that shopping for these kind of products outstanding thanks again for being there for me
