Great product and fast delivery

I rated this experience positively in spite that the problem I had, as follows it is been solved. I had an issue with a missed package as this never arrived at my home address but the delivery company posted it as delivered. Despite that, I spent more than one month trying to contact the Acme Joy company, and they politely told me that I have to pay an additional fee of $10 to deliver a new package. After this, the company is willing to reimburse my product.

Ordered a item off their web site and shortly after I received the item it stop charging. Wrote a email and answered a few question and week later the new one came. Great communication with the team.

Acmejoy products are good and worth the money. I bought a product from them, it ended up not working like it was supposed. Which is fine it happens time to time, we can't control how technology works sometimes, but I contacted them telling what was wrong and they were happy to help me and get my problems resolved.
