delivery issue: the only problem i have or have had was the recent return of an order due to an address clitch, just waiting for it to get resent, and as soon as it is i will send another order!

It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrating experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sorry I can't give it better rating.

*UPDATE* They got back to me pretty quick and let me know what the problem was. Communicating with their CS can be a challenge such as when I asked them a question but I just kept getting them telling my something that's not related. But they did send me my item, apparently there was a issue but it wasn't communicated to me. I will and have bought from them again. Just know that it isn't the easiest place to order but it works and their sales are nice! My order sat unfulfilled for several days so I emailed them to just see if there was a problem and gave them over a day to respond since they claim they usually respond within 24 hours. Heard nothing so sent another email and again nothing , I've now sent a final email a week after purchasing with no movement on their end. I'm giving it another week for the package to at least get a shipping label otherwise I'm starting a charge back. Something has changed with them and I find any positive reviews to be very suspect at this point given my experience. Better off buying these things somewhere else.

Most of the negative reviews (especially the recent ones) are complaining about their items not being shipped yet. I was in the same boat. I bought two items from them. I know we can be spoiled by Amazon so I was more than okay with giving the company time to get my order together, but after 2 weeks of seeing nothing beyond the status of "order placed", I decided to reach out to them. The same day that I emailed them, part of my order shipped and I was given a cordial response with additional information and tracking info. They also told me that the other half of my order was the victim of the oft cited supply chain issue but that it would ship within 1-2 business days. After waiting another week and hearing nothing from them again, I decided to send another email, asking that if my order did not ship by the end of the week that I would like a refund. I did not get a response but a day after I sent that second email the order shipped from a New Jersey warehouse. Both times I emailed them they were prompted to take action but part of me is convinced that if I had never complained to them directly my order would still be in limbo. I'm not sure if this is something that they are doing intentionally. They don't manufacture their own products but instead buy stock and sell it under their name like a lot of online companies do. Perhaps they ARE facing supply issues and maybe they are doing their best to keep on top of things. But when people buy a product, they expect to get what they paid for. And when buying a product like this, emotions can run high so the amount of complaints after expectations have not been met isn't surprising. I also find it suspicious that I only ever saw progress on my order when I complained. Even if this isn't something they are doing intentionally, I think the one thing I can say for sure is that they are dysfunctional. I eventually got my products and they work exactly as intended but I feel like I had to haggle with them to get my order delivered.

Not exactly happy yet. Ordered a product that was supposed to come with a charging wire and remote control. When I received the product, the box was clearly opened before and the charging wire and remote controller were missing. I notified Acmejoy about it and they said that I had two options. (1) Pay an extra $10 and they would send another product or (2) Leave them a positive feedback first, and then they would replace the product. Basically holding the replacement until I took either of the two steps. There was no mention of a refund. So this is the positive feedback that they are getting because I'm certainly not paying another $10 for them to do the right thing and replace the product. The positive is that they did answer me right away when I emailed them. Hopefully there will be more positive to write if and when I get the replacement for the product and there is nothing wrong with it. One of the other products that I did get is exactly what it was described as and works great.

It was an alright toy. Worked as advertised but it it did have a couple probs. One being that it wasn't long enough to take in my full size. Second, the buttons on it were a pain to set it to a continues suction and vibe which is really the only mode that works well. Its to slow on the other modes to get to "that" point. Kept me hard with little pleasure continually but got old after the 3rd use. Gotta set everything to max power on this one. If it had a larger version, a stronger motor, and some straps to it didn't fall off unless using the constant suction mode it would be a great toy. However as is I give it a generious ok rating, not good but just ok. Price is good though.
