I ordered a product from acmejoy, the ordering process went great, the payment going through went great, they shipped it in the time they said they would. The problem is it went to the wrong address and when I email their customer service to let them know I get no responce other than an message stating that they blocked my email, I didn't not even get the common courtesy of a response and I was willing to meet them halfway on the issue instead of playing a blame game. But now I have something different to deal with and that is going to be reviews on every platform I can find that allows reviews for ACMEJOY. whether anything happens with my order we'll let's say im beyond that.

I’ve received good products that I’ve ordered and fast shipping. I was confused when the box was bigger than it should be but inside was a free gift in addition to the items I ordered! I dropped one item and broke it so I contacted customer service. They were sympathetic and could not replace it (discontinued)but offered me a nice discount on another order. They contacted me right away in response to my emails. I would recommend this company and products for sure.
