HORRIBLY RUN BUSINESS!! They claim on their website that "usually, orders will be shipped in 48 hours" and the shipping page on the website also says "your product(s) is guaranteed to arrive within 5-7 business days. Please note that the product(s) only deliver to locations within the United States.". This is an absolute lie because they actually drop ship from China and it takes over a month. If you complain, they will make promises about discount for the delay, and never deliver on those promises of refunds. Considering a product they sell for $60, is only $6 if you order it directly from AliExpress (Alibaba) and you'll get it in the same amount of time to the United States, DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They even sent lies to PayPal when I filed for dispute with them to get some of my money back! * I will note....you most likely will get your order. You just wont be happy about how long it takes and the run around the "customer service" email gives you. But know you aren't the only one. They run versions of this website in other countries, claiming to be local to there too. * THEY ALSO POST THE EXACT SAME COPY AND PASTE RESPONSE BELOW....How lame and bad customer service.

Ordered like 3-4 weeks ago, still haven’t received product or even notified it was shipped. Bullshi* company. I am writing the BBB and taking other actions

The customer service is horrible. I sent multiple emails just to get a generic email back and when they do send you a tracking number USPS says they didn’t receive anything from them. I reported them to the BBB and will be reviewing other sites with this same review to help warn others about this company. Update: I have sent more then 15 emails with all the information they would need and they still won’t response. As you can see they reply to these complaints with generic emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Most of the negative reviews (especially the recent ones) are complaining about their items not being shipped yet. I was in the same boat. I bought two items from them. I know we can be spoiled by Amazon so I was more than okay with giving the company time to get my order together, but after 2 weeks of seeing nothing beyond the status of "order placed", I decided to reach out to them. The same day that I emailed them, part of my order shipped and I was given a cordial response with additional information and tracking info. They also told me that the other half of my order was the victim of the oft cited supply chain issue but that it would ship within 1-2 business days. After waiting another week and hearing nothing from them again, I decided to send another email, asking that if my order did not ship by the end of the week that I would like a refund. I did not get a response but a day after I sent that second email the order shipped from a New Jersey warehouse. Both times I emailed them they were prompted to take action but part of me is convinced that if I had never complained to them directly my order would still be in limbo. I'm not sure if this is something that they are doing intentionally. They don't manufacture their own products but instead buy stock and sell it under their name like a lot of online companies do. Perhaps they ARE facing supply issues and maybe they are doing their best to keep on top of things. But when people buy a product, they expect to get what they paid for. And when buying a product like this, emotions can run high so the amount of complaints after expectations have not been met isn't surprising. I also find it suspicious that I only ever saw progress on my order when I complained. Even if this isn't something they are doing intentionally, I think the one thing I can say for sure is that they are dysfunctional. I eventually got my products and they work exactly as intended but I feel like I had to haggle with them to get my order delivered.

My purchased order numbered #51747 has not been delivered & nearly a month has passed. Communications has been diluted thus finding recourse is near impossible which i find very odd since I have actually spoken in person to the parties of the company in the past months about this very same product. All other products were shipped and delivered without any problem & with 5 days. So what's the issue here? Where is my purchased product?

Scam company, still waiting on my order even after e-mailing them. They don't reply and my order is still not packed or shipped.

I seen an add, loved what the product as described, so I placed the order. I even created an account, singed up for emails, and so on. They stated orders are shipped in 1-3 days, so on the fifth day when my order was still "unfulfilled", (still is two weeks later after I ordered it) I sent them an email asking why. They did reply once and only once. Telling me that it was out of stock, and due to the current situation they were unsure of when it would be. I replied, requesting a full refund, and guess what.... no more replies!! Nor, a refund, and my order is still "unfulfilled" If it was out of stock, all of the companies I have ever delt with, stated that at the time of order. "Temporally out of stock" and would not let you order it. Not this company!!! They allow you to pay for it (take your money) and never provide you with the product you ordered!! Like I said, they responded once with an email when I contacted them only once. I replied back and nothing!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you just want to throw away your money!!

Still awaiting my package to be delivered, can't even get an update, I have attempted contact via email multiple times and have not heard anything, the tracking number isn't even providing anything meaning it is either wrong or has not even made it to the post office yet either way I am very displeased with the customer service. 3 - 5 business days for delivery my ass, complete waste of money and would rather just order a box of rocks from a creek.
