acmejoy.comReviews of acmejoy.com

The customer service was reasonable.

Updated review. Previous review was poor. Ordered 2 items and only received one. They finally reached out and as promised they fixed the issue and shipped out product. Turns out they were out of stock and awaiting new shipment. All I asked for was a response and they responded. Received product today. Thanks ACME JOY. when I’m market for more toys will definitely consider them again.

Great device

My product was mis delivered and once this happend I contacted acmejoy and their response time was great and timely. I had my product replaced and sent to me again. I did not expect they would respond as quickly as they did. I would recommend them as a trusted and communicable source for products.

Works great, my husband has been using it for about 5 months now.

I purchased 2 products, from the acmejoy store, 1 product was delivered, I waited 2 months for the other product, and then contacted acmejoy support via their contact email. They responded quite promptly and I organised a replacement product. I received a refund for the price difference 3 days later, and the replacement product was received about 3 weeks after that, both the products look to be of good quality and work as described

So happy with this purchase! The toy itself is very high quality, with a more realistic skin-texture than many other dolls. On top of this, the inner texture and grip is perfect, good enough to satisfy even your wildest cravings. 11/10 would recommend.

I had no problem with my order. I was scared after reading all the negative comments. I placed my order & received an email 2 days later stating that my item had been shipped. It Arrived 2 days after that. It was well wrapped & it works amazing!!! Thank you Acme Joy for a smooth transaction.
