I love the toy I received and the second one is on the way after having a wonderful experience with their customer service department. Definitely recommend this company to anyone!!

My package was returned for invalid address; not sure what happened, but this company was willing to resend the item without charging me an additional out of the country fee. They seemed to want to rectify the problem which they did. Thank you for being responsible and honoring our agreement.

I am STILL waiting for this company to send me my replacement for the defective item I received over two weeks ago!! They responded once after I left them a bad review so obviously it takes me leaving a negative review to get a reply from this company. Do not recommend!!! Order #80371
