ZwiftReviews of zwift.com

Zwift's compatibility to older models of exercise bikes have been way worse than what I anticipated. Not to mention that their fee is quite ridiculous which further demotivate someone who is interested to start indoor cycling.

Five months of following zwift training plans left me measurable and with marginal gains, real shame I wasnt educated enough to notice how bad the zwift training plans and workout are and it was amplified by the fact that zwift provides zero feedback on your training and activities

Very much a meh experience so far! First unit shipped with wrong adapter for my bike so had to remove it but was tightened so hard I had to totally wreck the adapter to remove it. I still wanted the option to use this adapter I the future so I got in touch with support (after hours on Zwift forums to find an actual email address) who agreed to send a new part and even though I’d sent them a photo of the part they sent a whole new unit not great when I’ve had to drive to a depot that will except a 20kg package instead of a drop off centre now they keep delaying acceptance of delivery probably so it gets returned and I get billed for the second unit! All this for an adapter that they could just leave off and let the customer fit. A real shame cause the actual a experience on the software / hub has been fantastic

My hub is less than 6 months old and is making a grinding noise from inside the unit. There is no obvious, easy route to contact their customer service. There is a chat bot that will loop you back to FAQs and Forums without letting you speak to an advisor. Eventually after managing to enter a phrase in the chat bot that got me to speak to an advisor, the session timed out before I could speak to her. Avoid this product. There are better indoor trainer solutions than this cr*p. I totally regret my purchase with Zwift.

Spent £600 on a zwift hub. Tried to assemble it to learn that there's a fault with a part making it impossible to assemble. went on forums to find out that a huge number of customers have had the exact same issue. Expensive machines built using cheap parts. And a company which clearly ships out products with known faults. When I complained they sent a list of things I should try to fix the issue. Clearly it's a fault they were aware of but flogged the useless machines anyway. Avoid this company like the plague.
