Company of Nightmares
I’m writing this review on a Friday evening where I hoped to be streaming but am without service for past 3 hours. Absolutely terrible experience with Zoom. We switched over a few months ago and have experienced more outages in that time than I did in 10 years with Cox. To make matters worse, their customer service is not 24/7 as advertised. Closed at 7pm? I wanted them to be a credible competitor to Cox but they’ve been a huge disappointment. Would not recommend them.

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be to have service interruptions when you need them most. However, after checking our system, we do not see any record of an outage in your area for the extended time mentioned. Additionally, we were unable to locate any calls, emails, or messages from you to our support team regarding this issue. We truly want to help resolve this for you. Please reach out to our Customer Support team directly at [email protected] or via our Customer Service number at 833-948-6296 and we'd be happy to investigate further and assist you. We appreciate your time and hope to connect with you soon!

Insulation guys were great
Insulation guys were great, but we tried it for a few days. It did not work for our TVs nor our Internet needs more work done as bugs in the lines are canceling our subscription to this.
