I just received mine and put it together. Extremely well packaged, very easy to put together and extremely well built with very fast shipping!I haven’t used it yet but if it works as good as the rest of my experience with the Z grill, I am sure that it will work fabulous

Got the grill. Barrel was damaged. In touch with customer service. Working it out now.\ Update: So, they sent me a new barrel... that has the incorrect drill holes to attach it to the legs! So now I have two barrels that are worthless (or maybe this one is good for someone, but not for my particular grill. Ya know, if you don't have one that works... why are trying to sell them for $600 online? We're going on a month and I wish I'd just spent the extra money for a different grill and I wouldn't be going through this b.s.

Got a new smoker from Z-Grills for my 40th, awesome unit. One of the temp probe ports were bad and I contacted the support team and they got it in the mail stat. Grateful for support teams that are courteous and happy to facilitate a repair. Not a biggie, grill still works great and I can use the other temp port while the new one comes in.

I could not believe how fast my blind box Z Grill arrived. Assembly was simple initial light up easy and oh the very first meal delicious! My grill is the 550 and it has been active for the last week and a half having some terrific chicken and delicious steaks.

Z grills are awesome. Their customer support is super quick to respond and very helpful. The grill itself is awesome and easy to assemble. All for a much better price than a Traeger or other brands.

I bought a blind box, opened it and it was 550b2 inside. I did initial fire up and burn out, smoked boston butt and couple of baby back ribs. Set it and forget it, that's what i like about it... I would recommend it to anybody for looking into laid back smoking, no more log burning, hussle with charcoal dirt.

I purchased a 430 from Z-Grill. The first three time I used it I was pleased, then the problems started. I ruined back ribs because I the flame went out and would not reignite. Took awhile but I found out a dirty temp probe was the problem. Cleaned the probe and worked for one time. The next time the auger started jamming, changed to new pellets (Dry) and the same problem occurred. Just ordered new Z-Grill pellets, when the arrive I will try again. Bottom line this grill is to sensitive to common environmental conditions, wish I had not invested in it.

I love my Z Grill when I unboxed it and saw that they sent me a 550-B2 it made me feel really good considering I took a chance on the blind box. These grills are great holding a constant temperature makes it great when grilling so you don't have to keep on checking to see if you are burning the stakes or what ever you are grilling. Keep up make in a great product like you have.
