Z GrillsReviews of zgrills.com

This grill is junk compared to a regular smoker... It doesn't smoke anything... The engineers that designed this grill should have run the pellets all the across the grill where it drops pellets... This is non other than an oven... Hardly any smoke at all.. let me show you how to design the ultimate smoker 😊

I ordered the Multitasker 11002B. To say I'm pleased with this purchase would be an understatement. They've built a high quality pellet smoker. This replaced a Camp Chief Woodwind that I had for years (still worked) but I saw theirs's online and read the reviews and decided to purchase the new WI Fi model. I've cooked on it a number of times ( we're in winter remember) and the double walled construction really pays off. I had purchased high temp tape to seal around the lid, not realizing that they had already installed it when built, another quality touch. I could go on about the heavy duty construction but it's all about the cook. The temperature holding ability is outstanding and that in turn leads to a great cooking experience. Over all a out standing value. I'm glad I purchased it.

I received my grill yesterday. It was a Christmas gift from my wife. The box looked rough on delivery, I unpacked it and what do I notice? Damage and dings to the barrel! I sent customer service an email with attached pictures of the damage, and afterwards called and spoke with a very nice representative (which is the only reason I’m leaving a 2 star review) who advised would have a new barrel shipped to me ASAP. A few hours later I receive an email from the support department, in reply to my email, telling me that the barrel was not in stock and quote ‘could I fix it tools’!? And to compensate me they would send me a $50 gift card and (2) bags of pellets. Smh. I thought long before actually adding this to my wishlist and if I was making the right decision choosing Z-Grills…I’m left feeling like I should have went another direction.

The Z Grills ZPG-7002B Pellet Grill helps you feel like a real chef with the ultimate eight-in-one cooking capability within a 700-square-inch of space. You can cook any kind of food however you want it with ease.

My grill arrived early and everything has been great so far. I assembled it myself and it was easy. Instructions were clear and concise, all of the holes lined up and there were no left over parts. We used fruitwood and did some pork. It came out so good. The temp stayed very constant at 225 and there was plenty of smoke to flavor the meat.

I’ve written a previous review and this is an update. I returned the grill after receiving and installing replacement parts and the auger no longer working. This grill worked well a few times but in the end seemed to be low quality junk. My new camp chef seems to be MUCH better.

I received my zGrill in the mail a couple of weeks back. So far I have grilled steaks and a whole chicken. Works great! I am looking forward to smoking a turkey for Christmas and smoking a ham for New Years Day!

Bought my zgrill last February. After assembly I used the grill 2-3 times a week and all was well. A couple of months later it wouldn't light the igniter was bad. Zgrill responded pretty quickly but requested I take a picture of the part which made me feel like they thought I was lying. They send the part, this was several weeks later and after I called again, and I again had to take it a part and install. Grill works for a week at which point I got an E2 message. I go to the web page trouble shot the issue still does not light. I again call and when asked I said I want my money back. Zgrill says they'll send a new box, to which I answered no, I do not want to take a part and reassemble the grill (and I shouldn't have to). Zgrill says I need to talk to a manager who called once and left a message never to answer my return calls. I have called but never get anyone and I recently emailed with no reply. I have been without a grill for months and would recommend no one ever by this brand.
