Best grill I've ever owned every thing I've cooked on it has been great and it's so easy to use and clean.

I bought a smoke from them for Black Friday and ended up with a product that gets used almost everyday and I have had 0 issues with the smoker

Awesome grills. I own two now. Looking to replace some parts with help of company.

Ordered grill on a Sunday. Novemeber 17th to be exact. Ordered it on said day to help insure that I would have the grill by November 27th. 10 days felt adequate to insure I'd have it in time for Thanksgiving. NOPE! They didn't bother sending it until the 27th! Yeah, they waited 10 days before giving it to FedEX. Guess who still has never gotten his grill? ^^^^ THIS GUY^^^^ Cause guess what? It was shipped From Ontario CA, US to Edison NJ, US only to be shipped back to Ontario CA, US. Mean while a new package label was printed on 12-3-24. 17 days after purchase date, only for it to now to be 12-10-24 and both new packages are STILL in their Ontario CA, US. warehouse!?! Yeah another 7 days!!! I've called and left numerous messages on the 3 phone lines I've been able to find. Only to be ignored and not responded to. I've tried using their chat bot thing on their webpage.... NOTHING! I'm currently on day 24 and have no resolve what so ever! Cant' wait to get me new replacement grill in another 5 years! Perhaps, I'll get the 1st one by 2025 and that's not even a joke! Thanksgiving was not what I had hoped for. The weekend after was not neither cause I had plans on using it then! At this point I'm not holding my breath on being able to use it for Christmas for crying out loud. So disappointed!!!

Absolutely love my Z Grills! The grilling experience is fantastic, with even heat distribution and amazing flavor. Highly recommend for anyone looking to up their BBQ game!

Building the thing was a bit tough as I only have one functional arm right now due to a surgery. Once I overcame that though, the smoker has been awesome! My only gripe so far is that the controller sometimes overshoots the temp setting that I have in place. So if I'm doing a cook at 450, it will shoot to 470 and then work its way back down to 450. I think the app and wireless controls are great and I'd highly recommend this smoker to anyone.
