Z GrillsReviews of zgrills.com

Excellent smoker. Easy to assemble and break in, works as it should. Fantastic results on the first tries. The thing they need to improve the most is the app, which works well, but appears to have issues saving accounts, which seems to be an easy fix with enough communication between customers and the tech support staff. We shall see. Either way, everything works as it should and the results and quality have exceeded my expectations. We are a lifetime z grill household now. What a promo!

I ordered the 700D3 10 Grill deal. I don't know that I'll live to be 114 years old, but I am super pleased with my smoker and Customer Service... even if I never see the 2nd unit. My unit arrived with a dent in the main cooking chamber. I called Customer service, Agent Angela said no problem, send me photos. 15 minutes later it was done. I called on a Thursday morning, that Sunday morning the replacement arrived. This unit is large enough that I smoked 3 slabs of ribs, 3 burgers, 5 baked potatoes, 6 boneless pork tenderloins, an onion and 2 skewers of shrimp all at the same time. Thanksgiving will be (2) 7# turkey breasts and a 15# spiral ham. The smoker has been flawless and really appreciate the two probes built-in since I have been cooking various items together. I also did the biscuit test and found no hot spots at 350*, very nice even heat! Buy, you will like it!

Amazing options and a well built grill. Obviously, shipped in boxes but much of it was already together. Seems very well built. Can't wait to use it!!

First pellet grill and could not resist the $777 grill then a new one every 5 years. Got the grill, installation was easy and started the first smoke and using the app on my cell phone. Thanksgiving here we come.

Packed very well, easy assembly and high quality parts.

I’ve had my Z grill for about 5 years now and haven’t had any problems, then out of no where the temps wouldn’t hold. Called customer service and they immediately pin pointed the problem and sent a new board for 80.00 and it took care of the issue. The customer support is great and the grills are awesome. I purchased one for my son 3 years ago and he uses it weekly with no issues! I may upgrade to the WiFi 1000 soon….

Nice piece of equipment. Decent value and wonderful program. I received my order in a very timely manner. Put it together easily, a second set of hands would’ve helped, but I digress. The only problem I had was the shipping company, FedEx, left the box at the edge of my driveway instead of wheeling it up to my house, only reason it’s not a 5 star experience. I think the company should switch to a better shipping company that won’t leave a package at the road where it could get stolen or damaged. Other than that, the grill is nice and easy to use. I look forward to much use of the grill and future grills based on the promotion.

Shipped quickly, packaged really well. Setup was easy enough once you found the instructions. They were buried and the quick start guide is very different (included pieces that weren’t part of my grill like a base plate) It probably is a little more of a grill than a smoker. It’s hard to get that really rich smoking flavor but I really like the temperature accuracy it holds and the dual temperature probes. So far no issues with the app. It doesn’t seem to guzzle pellets and I highly recommend the insulated blanket!
