I purchased this grill shortly after Father’s Day, excited to use it right away. It arrived promptly, and my sons and I assembled it on the day we planned to grill. However, when we turned it on, the control panel lit up briefly before shutting off. Thinking it might be an issue with my outlet, I tried troubleshooting in every way I could without success. I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly, offering to send a new control panel. When it arrived, I installed it, but unfortunately, the same issue occurred. After another email exchange, the company sent me an entirely new hopper with a control panel, along with gasket material for the lid, which was missing from the original kit. Once the new hopper was installed, the grill finally worked, and we were able to use it that day. So far, I’ve only used the grill once due to the back-and-forth of troubleshooting and scheduling time to use it for smoking. The food turned out fair, though I suspect the lack of strong smoke flavor may have been user error as I learn to use this grill. However, everyone in the house agreed it didn’t deliver the depth of smoke flavor we were expecting. I plan to give it another try, but I approach it with some hesitation given the initial setup challenges and inconsistent results. In hindsight, I almost prefer my older smoker since I know exactly what to expect from it. If you’re considering this grill, proceed with caution. While the customer service was responsive and ultimately resolved the issue, the time and effort required to get the grill working left me a bit frustrated. That said, I haven’t used the grill extensively yet, so my experience may improve with more practice. I hope this review helps!

Easy to purchase and hoping this buy 1 get 10 grills free deal holds up each 5 years. Great reviews online about grills and looking forward to using! Only downside was sending a message to delivery team without response and delivery was delayed

I bought into the buy one get 10 free program. I've already redeemed one extra grill for a family member. Customer service here is excellent! I am a total newbie to smoking meats, but I turned out an incredible stuffed pork tenderloin. Best pork tenderloin I ever had! My Zgrills hardware is solid and the electronics are easy to use. I'm a very happy customer.

They were quick to ship, less than a week from order date. It wasn’t too bad to assemble. As long as they can live up to the buy 1 get 10 free deal it will be an excellent deal. Also used it for first time I cooked a Boston butt. It turned out excellent, it was my first time using a pellet grill. I will not be going back to gas or charcoal again.

Website was easy to navigate and when I had questions I was responded to very quickly. This is my second smoker, first was one was another brand, and I really like it so far. The only regret is that I didn't order the one with wifi capabilities. I'm excited about the 1 for 10 as that'll be the next one I get.

I love the Z Grill! I no longer use my gas grill for everyday grilling. It heats up quickly and produces great smoke. It was a great purchase and I definitely recommend buying

Love cooking on the grill. Had a temp sensor go bad on the third use and had to scrap a $60 piece of meat with no way to cook it. Still waiting on customer service to respond with when I can expect the new probe but outside of that good piece of equipment!

Z grills is the best pellet grill I’ve iv bought. It was easy to put together and has worked flawlessly. I cook on it every weekend preparing everything from slow smoked pork to hamburgers. I definitely would recommend their product if you are considering a pellet grill for the quality is unmatched.
