Sent incorrect item and has not shipped the correct part
Response from ZenSupplySep 2, 2026
Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your order. Receiving the wrong item — and then experiencing a delay on the replacement — is not the experience we want for our customers. We attempted to reach you by phone today to discuss this directly and weren't able to connect, but please know we're actively working on getting the correct part out to you. We've requested that the replacement be expedited, and if available, shipped via Next Day Air so it reaches you as quickly as possible. We'll follow up as soon as we have an update on the replacement and shipping. We appreciate your patience, and if you'd like to reach us directly in the meantime, we're happy to help however we can. Thank you for your understanding.

I attempted to access my $25.00 reward card. I am unsure if it was being sent to me by email or US Postal. Have heard nothing. Ryan responded to my question the same day and sent me a link to access my card. Was quite impressed with the sense of urgency to correct the issue! It was treated as important to Zen which makes me feel that my opinion matters. Great follow-up from Zen!

Hello, We're sorry for the frustration, and thank you for flagging this. Our records show your $25 electronic gift card was issued the same day you requested it, August 12th, but it looks like it never made its way to you or got missed along the way. Today, after seeing your review, we reached out directly with the redemption link so you can access your reward right away. Please check your inbox, and if you run into any trouble redeeming it, just reply to that email and we'll sort it out immediately. We appreciate your patience and hope this gets resolved for you quickly.
