Hi, we're sorry — receiving the wrong parts, and then not hearing back on getting the correct ones out to you, is not the experience we want anyone to have. I want to confirm directly here: the replacement order for the correct parts has now been placed and we've requested it be expedited. You do not need to return the items you originally received — please keep them. Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry it took this long to follow up.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry the experience fell short. We spoke with you directly to go over what happened, and appreciate you working with us on it. We agree the S16505 listing should state the bulb size clearly and include a packaging photo, and we're updating it so future customers aren't left guessing the way you were. We're glad we could get things resolved to your satisfaction, and we appreciate you flagging where our process broke down — it helps us do better.
