Jen, Thank you for your feedback on your expience with your Zenfolio Classic account. We apologize for and acknowledge the frustrations you’ve encountered on this platform. Our newer platform (with plans: Portfolio, PortfolioPlus, ProSuite) was created to to improve load times and reduce issues like the spinning orange circles that can occur on Zenfolio Classic. We'd be happy to set you up with a free trial on the newer platform. Our support team is ready to investigate any issues with clients not receiving gallery links. We understand the challenges with the new archiving feature on Zenfolio Classic and are currently considering how to move forward. Regarding social media comments, our intention is not to silence any feedback but to ensure that we address concerns through proper channels where we can provide support directly.
