Телефония для небольшого бизнеса. Используем Zadarma уже пару лет - никаких проблем с работой не было. Во-первых - цена. Самая (ну или одна из) самых низких по рынку. Во-вторых - количество виртуальных номеров. Мы взяли региональный номер города и номер 8-800. Оказалось более чем достаточно для работы на всю Россию. В-третьих - очень просто настраивать. У нас нет целого штата компетентных айтишников, всё настраиваем сами. И с задармой оказалось это сделать очень просто.

They demand personal documents you should definitely not share with them to activate the service. When requested, they did not reimburse me for a service they did not activate. I can not recommend them to anybody, unless you actually want your ID stolen.

The customer support service is the same level with prices - very low. You can't get any meaningful reply if Zadarma faces tech issues. Very very bad!

I have found zandarma from the web, and want to give it a try. I bought up a 5$ pack, and the system asked me to upload my passport. I did ; thinking why they ask my passports copy. Then as a notification ı was stated, ı should wait 2 days for verification. After 2 days ı was notified my pictured of my passport is not a high quality picture so ı should upload again, I suspected more. Because the document ı uploaded, was really a high quality one in which you can clearly read everything and a better version of it would be only for copying it :) . Anyway I immidiately contact them through online chat window and ask what was wrong with the picture I uploaded, in which he said technical department is not checking the documents, in return. I said ı did not contact the technical department but the online chat window, ı opened a ticket. After ı realized within a couple of messages that , they don’t read my messages but reply with an auto answer system, ı asked for a refund. They said they refunded my money but still ı didn’t get anything to my credit card in return. I am pretty sure , ı won’t be able to get my money back, in which ı will be filling a complaint form to my bank and get it back after a month or two. This company seems a total scam to me. Please be careful with them. UPDATE : ı received back my money to the credit card after 2 days and deleted my account. PS : the online chat support was really helpful and kind.

Hi everyone please don't buy any number from this site they are so slow and can't accept my proof of ID with a public notary CRAAZYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!? This is the first ever service that didn't accept my ID and they want you to submit 5 freaking photos of your ID what a crazy people

Lo contraté para mi trabajo y funciona tan bien que hace poco porté mi fijo de casa a ellos. Funciona tan bien, y la web tienen tantos detalles útiles en la centralita que estoy muy contento, y ya lo he recomendado a quien me ha preguntado por el tema de la voz ip. Y cuando he necesitado ayuda para configurar dispositivos el chat o los tickets han sido muy rápidos. Una vez configurado te olvidas. Sólo entro para descargar los listados de llamadas de vez en cuando. No uso su app, sino que tengo configurada su centralita en un ATA, que es lo más fiable y estable.

Сервис ужасный, пользоватся не советую. Вас может завлечь низкая цена, но вам такой сервис предоставят, что будете готовы бежать от них. Отвалилась телефония, писали вечером, везде написано что поддержка 24/7 но ответили ровно с 10 утра. Если что то сломалось, во всем винят клиента, и только после долгих выяснений что то чинят у себя; Что стоит то что у отдела продаж телефония шипит и менеджера не слышно нормально, или они не могут поставить сотрудникам нормальные телефоны, что бы их было слышно. Цены ниже рынка, но и сервис дно полное. Дизайн как будто из 90 и не меняли лет 20.

SCAM ALERT! : 1) Support : The support team is so lousy and unhelpful and ununderstanding, they don't care about you or your issue, it doesn't matter how you try to make them understand your issue they will always keep responding like a robot, like an automated response far away from your issue. I'm so surprised this company is in Bulgaria a country supervised by the European Union, it's so weird!. Unprofessional to the maximum meaning of the word! Simply a SCAM, 100% FACT please keep your money and your brain cells and stay away from them, i don't live in the EU or else i will be filing the biggest lawsuit they will ever see! Thanks to their lousy response and response time i have lost my PayPal account!. to put it simply when you talk with the support your brain will hurt, you will feel like your talking with brain-dead zombie robots! and they will make it your fault, not theirs and they will never feel bad nor say sorry!. 2) SUMMARY : be careful this company is a total and utter Ponzi scheme you give and give money then nothing especially the "Receive SMS" option they scam their clients with it, nothing happens after you activate it no SMS you send to the number actually reach your virtual number nor PayPal verification code. and nothing tells you from the beginning what you can and cannot do and what to expect !. THE WORST EVER COMPANY ON THE INTERNET I hope someone takes them down one day and stops this madness and joke. and please don't answer me zadarma , nothing you can tell is ever gonna change these FACTS! LIARS, SCAMMERS !!!
