I tried to purchase a phone number to connect my friends in other countries and they ask me to upload selfie with ID card. I uploaded it and then they ask me the documents like bank statement, electricity billing that can prove the address. I uploaded bank statment which contains my residental address but they said that they can't prove the address and ask me another type of document. I even uploaded 3 types of documents and finally they rejected. All of the documents are official documents that can not be manually made. I'm not sure why they provide such bad service. If they can't provide service, they they should tell the exact reason about that. Instead they mistreat customers and closed my account without notification. Very disappointing Zadarma service. I would not recommend Zadarma.

I paid €6.25 but requested a refund just 10 minutes later after discovering that my country was not supported. Zadarma refunded only €5.00, keeping €1.25. They immediately emailed me confirmation of the €5 refund. When I asked Vitoria to confirm a full refund, she kept sending me from one link to another and telling me to download something instead of addressing my request. Yaroslav then abruptly ended the chat without resolving the issue. Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend Zadarma.

Zadarma hat Anfang/Mitte Oktober 2026 ein Update durchgeführt (dessen Upload ich als Nutzer nicht verhindern hätte können), das bei Verwenden des Mobiltelefons dazu führt, dass nunmehr ein für mich schwer erträglicher Tastenton bei der Wahl jeder Ziffer erscheint. Dieser hat nachweislich nichts mit Android bzw. dem Telefongerät z zu tun und hat sich auf Nachfrage beim Support als Fehler im Zuge des Update eingeschlichen, wie man beim Support zugeben muss. Ich benötige diesen Anbieter täglich für viele unterschiedliche geschäftliche Telefonate ins Ausland und kann daher nicht darauf verzichten, aber meine Nerven leiden unter diesen Tastentönen. Und Zadarma hat keine Ahnung, wann dieser Fehler behoben sein wird....schlägt mir jedoch vor, ich möge doch mein Telefon auf "lautlos" stellen, dann würde ich den Ton nicht hören (was wohl nur ein schlechter Scherz sein kann...wobei ich nicht geprüft habe, ob das überhaupt zutreffen würde)

I RARELY LEAVE REVIEWS on Trustpilot, BUT THIS ONE HAD TO BE DONE. The service is straight up a SCAM. I should have checked Trustpilot before paying. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON ZADARMA. They let you top up your account and not provide the service in one way or another: initially, it let me make 2 calls, then blocked me, asking me to buy a virtual number. After I topped up my account and bought the virtual number, I never received it because my verification was blocked for whatever reason, and the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND RUDE. Stay away from this SCAM!

Be aware of using paypal to add funds. you account can be immediately suspended by their anti-frod system and you will not be able to make/receive calls until support team unblock you, which can take several hours if not more. Moreover, it's a second time I got this frustrating experience.

We are a software company, and we contacted them to discuss custom plans with higher limits than their standard offerings. Instead of addressing our requirements or exploring possible solutions, their response was simply to check the existing plans on their website. What is the point of offering business solutions if your sales team cannot handle a basic inquiry about a custom plan? We have already referred three of our clients to this company, but after experiencing such poor customer service, we seriously regret that decision. Their support team seems completely uninterested in understanding business needs or providing meaningful assistance. Every time we ask about a custom solution, we receive dismissive, generic responses instead of actual help. **If this is how they treat potential business customers who want to spend more money, I can only imagine how they handle serious technical issues.** Extremely disappointing experience. We will not be recommending this company to any more of our clients.

Good company. I'm looking at all these reviews and wondering if these people even used the service? If I'm honest. I have used Zadarma for 6 years. They are good - customer service always answers when I call to resolve setup issues etc. Nice and cheap and I can get as many numbers as I need for my business

travel a lot for work and was sick of swapping local sims all the time. got the time. got the zadarma esim plus a couple virtual numbers and its been genuinely useful. calls stay clear, recording kicks in when i need it, manage most stuff from the app. not perfect, app lagged once or twice, but for the price and the flexibility hard to moan. 4.5 from me
