It's hard to understand that a company such as Zadarma operates under an old fashion technical support model based on email. My email server is not getting emails from Zadarma, so I requested a change of registration email to a different provider, so they have a hard time understanding this request. Several emails and phone chats have been made with no results. I've seen terrible service models in my over 30 years of IT experience as a user and system engineer. Still, Zadarma is teaching me that you can run a business relying on an inefficient and obsolete operating model.

Je le recommande pas. Impossible de connecter le numéro virtuel avec WhatsApp malgré mais relance de support mais aucune solution n'est proposée. Le support est incapable de vous assister. j'ai vraiment regretté mes $ dépensés pour un service comme celui ci.

Over this price range, there are several services, but the service provided by Zadarma is exceptionless. Even they have brilliant customer support. They have great knowledge and assistance. Kudos to their professionalism.

Oh great, just what I needed - a one-way ticket to the 7 circles of HELL, courtesy of this absolute nightmare of a company. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these unprofessional clowns. Sure, they might have a half-decent solution, but trust me, their customer support is a complete joke. I mean, who needs a headache-inducing round of verification five freaking times? And despite jumping through all their ridiculous hoops successfully each time, they still can't seem to store the damn information and force you to repeat the whole process over and over again. So yeah, save your sanity and avoid this hot mess of a company like the plague.

it was a bit of pain to set up, the document verification was not approved initially, and the interface is not v clear but i got everything to work and now have a US mobile # for a reasonable price
