We manage a 30 rooms hotel, and have been working with Zadarma for over three years, to connect two of our doorbells. There have been a few hick-ups at the beginning, but they all have been taken care of. The customer service works through support tickets, and functions reasonably well. Issues got usually solved within two days, give or take. That's good enough for us, and we are satisfied with the service: good call quality, and great value for money !

LA PEOR EMPRESA Y EL PEOR SERVICIO DE LA HISTORIA ASI TRATAN A UN CLIENTE DE MAS DE 3 AÑOS: 1) el servicio anda como el 1/10 las llamadas se tildan, se cortan, los numeros estan recontra quemados usados por millones de empresas anteriormente y se muestran como SPAM 2) nunca se escucha el llamado, siempre hay problemas tecnicos, nunca funciona nada bien 3) te suben los precios sin subir la calidad LA CEREZA DEL POSTRE 1) me robaron 30 dolares, me bloquearon la cuenta para hacer eso y encima no te devuelven, no contestan, te la estiran con el ticket de soporte que te responde 1 vez por semana

They blackmail me and suspended 10 phone numbers. I paid for them upfront. Find someone else.

Zadarma provides great features in tracking. Now we are the permanent user of the software. You can easily go for it without any doubt!!!

Terrible service as by many posted here. They require all kinds of documents which is understandable. Nonetheless after providing all your documents, I'd, address proof, internal company documents with shareholder, incorporation they then cancel the number. The response we get: The documents were rejected by the local registrar. Further details regarding the rejection were not provided, unfortunately. Seems the service for many countries they provide is not real and either they should mention they can't provide or just don't provide it. We will look for another provider that at least know what they can and cannot offer

I have been using for 2 years.. I needed a number from my country that would also receive txt message for login authentication, all good, never had a problem.

Awful experience. Took a number and had my documents verified. After a few days, I was getting calls that said I called them. When contacted them, they suggested dropping it and take another number. After one month, my account was blocked and asked for passport verification. I did that. They said that I had to take a photo of the passport with me. I did that too. And they said that the document was not accepted... And my account was cancelled. Without any explanation.
