I got a number que already existed, and that cause a lot of problem, basically useless and maybe ilegal. So I lost the money. I don't recommended at all the company.

i have used now zadarma i 3 years. without issue i have some small issue but the support have always help to fix it. the phone have the last years never been down. i sit in Philippines and get calls from denmark without issue

Waste of time. ID check fails with no reasons despite full compliance with ID requirements. Signed up and started using the service. Few hours later, I got an email that the ID check failed, and my account was blocked and all services cancelled with no opportunity to understand the issue. The ID I supplied was a copy of my own valid and up-to-date UK ID with matching name and address. The support team is completely useless who kept replying with the exact same sentence saying "Provided document is either invalid or for other reason can not be used". The messages were signed by a person's name but they probably were automated, or just blindly copied from a template. I offered to provide a different type of ID, but the reply was always that same sentence or a different variation of it. They never answer any of the questions in the support ticket- Just the exact same sentence every time.

Zadarma la société en bulgarie, et le service est en france, le service est quasiment nul, 5 minutes pour activer ton numéro, puis 2 jours puis 5 jours puis une éternité.. rien ne fonctionne ni les documents nécessaires extensibles selon leurs besoins ni la détection des visages..
