I've been using Zadarma for over a year and I'm very happy with their service. The call quality is great, the prices are affordable.

Went to pay $2 for the number but the minimum payment is $5, so I paid it. Then was told I had to have $6 minimum in my account to activate text messaging, so went to deposit an extra $1but....minimum payment was $5....so I did. THEN they wanted copies of my passport which I was not comfortable with and stated such. As I was requesting to send my drivers license instead, I looked up the reviews and to my horror, saw the vast amount of 1-star reviews (far outweighing the 5-star reviews.) I asked to cancel and get a refund...which they did. I wasn't hopeful to get my money back but it hit my paypal within a few minutes!

I feel compelled to share my disheartening experience, having been a loyal client for over eight years. Unexpectedly, one day, I found myself unable to access my personal account. To my dismay, I discovered funds missing from my balance. Despite contacting their customer support team, my concerns were dismissed with a claim that my email "was never registered on their service." This is perplexing given that I possess payment receipts and registration confirmation letters, clearly demonstrating my longstanding association with their service. Sadly, their customer support failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or even treat me with the courtesy I believe any customer deserves. Their attitude and dismissiveness only served to exacerbate the situation, making me feel unfairly treated and unheard. This experience is an unfortunate departure from the professional service I had been accustomed to all these years.

Т.е. реально Вы платите за звонок по ватсапу))) Отдать должное , еще никто не догадался продавать звонки по ватсапу. При обращении в поддержку , Вас будут динамить до посинения. При указании данной проблемы, день на третий четвёртый, если Вы с них не слезете, реализуют звонки на телефоны напрямую, но через пару месяцев, все вернётся на свои места. This is really a scammer. They cause trouble. Not accepting genuine documents. Asking for residence proof where it is no need. Avoid that service. Proof has been sent to the reviewed company. EDIT: It is not about ID verification but about proof of residence. As everyone can see: They do not read a customer’s message but simply reply by using text elements.

I believe they are scammers for two reasons: 1- They don't have a clear and straightforward pricing policy. They force you to sign up and provide your details first, then they show you the cost on your account. 2- You won't find any options to deactivate or delete your account. It's obvious that they collect data from users with zero services. Regarding customer service, I contacted them to ask if the virtual number can be used to activate my company WhatsApp account before I topup, they said that they don't have details to answer my question and asked me to contact WhatsApp.

This service seems to be providing virtual phone number for calling and texting. After purchasing I learned that the phone number can't be called. I canceled and asked for a refund, which I was being denied while quoting the fine print on the website. Edit to reply: ticket #695386
