You should not deal with this company, it is a fraud. The problems you will face with them will not be solved, and your money will not be refunded. The numbers are all problems.

I was using Zadarma as an individual for a couple of years and was happy. But once I wanted to subscribe to it as a company it turned out to be a nightmare. The first step was to verify my own mobile number. But since I already had my mobile registered in my personal account, I was suggested either to remove it from my own profile and register in the company account or provide another mobile (which I do not have). I asked support if they have any suggestions to the guy who is trying to bring them a business customer ) They said "no": either buy another mobile or go somewhere else. :) The second step was to purchase a phone number. I placed the order in the client area, and I was requested to provide a company registration certificate - I had it, but the online form was accepting only a passport as a document, not a company certificate.I went to support chat - the support agent seemed not to read what I wrote and what he sent to me was a useless "canned response" for individuals, not companies. I had to reopen a chat with another agent who fixed a bug in the flow and after the 3rd attempt I managed to submit a company certificate.Next day the request was rejected - they requested a proof of address, even though that was never mentioned as a required document and it was only required to provide the address in the form (which I did). When I provided the company invoice with the address it was rejected again, and again without any clarifications. Their support is not helpful at all. In chat they reply with template responses. To summarise: if you get through their support or bypass it, everything would probably be ok, but should you need help, be ready that it will be long.

Hello! I would like to leave a review about the company Zadarma. The company positions itself as a telecommunications company. In fact, these are ordinary scammers who simply steal your money without giving anything in return. I bought a US virtual phone number from them (for a year), an hour later they took it away from me without explanation. I asked for my money back, they said they would, but that was also a scam! Dear readers, do not repeat my mistakes, do not feed scammers! This “company” deserves a review of minus five stars, because it is a blatant deception.

I recently switched to zadarma for international calling, and I couldn't be happier. The clarity of the calls and the lack of dropouts are impressive.

Katastrophe! Für 2 Unternehmen versuche ich Telefonnummern zu verwalten. Bei einem Unternehmen habe ich einen Account erhalten, jedoch kann ich die Unternehmensadresse nicht ändern. Dokumente von Behörden werden nicht als Adressbestätigung anerkannt!!! Das zweite Unternehmen bekommt erst gar keine Telefonnummer, weil die Gewerbeanmeldung nicht als Geschäftsnachweis dient. Ebenso wenig wie die Handelsregistereintragung. Update: Zadarma hat auf meine Bewertung geantwortet. Offensichtlich wissen sie nicht, dass in Deutschland ein Unternehmen existieren kann, ohne Strom/Gas/Wasser/Internet & Büro Rechnungen.

Also I have the chat logs to prove everything here's an excerpt for you Zadarma. This was prompted by an email from Trust Pilot to say that many people had viewed my review. I don't want people to be scammed by you. People please look at the other negative reviews on here not the paid for false positive ones which are clearly false. The verification cannot be made without payment." *UPDATE* They have tried to get my review removed! I suspect lots of other negative experiences from people have also been removed as well. In the end I went with yay.com and had a very pleasant trouble free experience with no requirement to pay before verification. What an absolute SCAM! I found the website via google adwords and it looked pretty legit. I entered my details then proceeded to upload a photo of my passport and then verify a selfie of myself. I picked a number and entered all the details. It said waiting for document verification. Then next to it, it says "Make payment to complete verification". I clicked the live chat button and spoke to one of their staff who was absolutely unhelpful and not bothered. I basically said there is no way I was paying anything to be verified and they should like every other company verify me before any payment is made. At this point i came to trustpilot to check out others experiences and i'm so glad I did! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It was quite decent experience for more than a year until I decided to port my mobile number to this service. As a result I don't receive SMS messages at all and it looks like they do nothing to resolve this issue. Don't port numbers to them unless you are ready to lose SMS. UPDATE: I ported my number to Zadarma and it did not receive sms messages. It was said that some senders don't support virtual numbers but I did not get any messages at all. After I ported it again to DIDWW, messages did not work as well. But they investigated and acknowledged the issue. They gave it high priority and finally solved in 2 hours. Now, I don't need Zadarma as I use DIDWW and they helped me where Zadarma could not.
